tvaṃ tū na indra taṃ rayiṃ dā ojiṣṭhayā dakṣiṇayeva rātim stutaśca yāste cakananta vāyoḥ stanaṃ na madhvaḥ pīpayanta vājaiḥ
You are not Indra alone; grant brilliance and splendour to him with prosperous strength to the right, and (grant) delight. Praise and songs have surrounded him like breasts of the winds; may not sweet ones exhaust the riches.
Do you, Indra, quickly grant us that wealth (which you possess, for we gratify) the donor with a most worthy present; we, your praisers, offer to you, the ready giver of boons, the laudations that would propitiate you; (and the priests) nourish you with sacrificial food, as they cherish the bosom (of a feminine le for the sakeof replenishing it) with sweet (milk).
Vouchsafe us now that opulence, O Indra, as guerdon won by mightiest donation. May hymns that please thee cause the breast of Vayu to swell as with the mead's refreshing sweetness.
