येन॑ दी॒र्घं म॑रुतः शू॒शवा॑म यु॒ष्माके॑न॒ परी॑णसा तुरासः । आ यत्त॒तन॑न्वृ॒जने॒ जना॑स ए॒भिर्य॒ज्ञेभि॒स्तद॒भीष्टि॑मश्याम्
yena dīrghaṃ marutaḥ śūśavāma yuṣmākena parīṇasā turāsaḥ ā yattatananvṛjane janāsa ebhiryajñebhistadabhīṣṭimaśyām
By which the Maruts made thee long-lived, by your power they set upon you swift battlements; by those sacrifices and peoples, by these very rites, may your desired wish be fulfilled.
Quick-moving Maruts, we augment the long (offered ceremony) upon your mighty (approach), whereby men triumph in war; may we obtain, by these our sacrifices, your wished-for (presence).
That, O ye Maruts, we may long time flourish through your abundant riches, O swift movers, And that our men may spread in the encampment, let me complete the rite with these oblations.
