The mothers joined, firmly standing to the south; the foetus remained within the wombs. Like a young calf he followed them, seeing many-formed beings in the three regions.
The mother, (sky), was associated in (sustaining) the burden of the fulfiller of desires, (the earth); the embryo (water) rested within the (womb of the) clouds; thereupon the calf bellowed, and beheld the omniform cow in the three combinations.
Yoked was the Mother to the boon Cow's car-pole: in the dank rows of cloud the Infant rested. Then the Calf lowed, and looked upon the Mother, the Cow who wears all shapes in three directions.
