इ॒मा ते॑ वाजिन्नव॒मार्ज॑नानी॒मा श॒फानां॑ सनि॒तुर्नि॒धाना॑ । अत्रा॑ ते भ॒द्रा र॑श॒ना अ॑पश्यमृ॒तस्य॒ या अ॑भि॒रक्ष॑न्ति गो॒पाः
imā te vājinnavamārjanānīmā śaphānāṃ saniturnidhānā atrā te bhadrā raśanā apaśyamṛtasya yā abhirakṣanti gopāḥ
These are your swift young steeds, your newly-washed mares, the stores and treasures of the chariots. Here are your noble spoils — the herds that watch over the immortal — which the herdsmen guarded.
I have beheld, Horse, these your purifying (regions) these impressions of the feet of you who share in the sacrifice; and here your auspicious reins, which are the protectors of the rite that preserve it.
Here-, Courser, are the places where they groomed thee, here are the traces of thy hoofs as winner. Here have I seen the auspicious reins that guide thee, which those who guard the holy Law keep safely.
