sugavyaṃ no vājī svaśvyaṃ puṃsaḥ putrām̐ uta viśvāpuṣaṃ rayim anāgāstvaṃ no aditiḥ kṛṇotu kṣatraṃ no aśvo vanatāṃ haviṣmān
May the well-born steed, our own swift horse, the man’s sons and all the creatures of the waters yield us wealth. May Aditi, never grown old, make for us a realm; may the horse bring offerings from the forests.
May this horse bring to us all-sustaining wealth, with abundance of cows of excellent horses, and of male offspring; may the spirited steed bring us exemption from wickedness; may this horse, offered in oblation, procure for us bodily vigour.
May this Steed bring us all-sustaining riches, wealth in good kine, good horses, manly offspring. Freedom from sin may Aditi vouchsafe us: the Steed with our oblations gain us lordship!
