उ॒रु॒व्यच॑सा म॒हिनी॑ अस॒श्चता॑ पि॒ता मा॒ता च॒ भुव॑नानि रक्षतः । सु॒धृष्ट॑मे वपु॒ष्ये॒३॒॑ न रोद॑सी पि॒ता यत्सी॑म॒भि रू॒पैरवा॑सयत्
uruvyacasā mahinī asaścatā pitā mātā ca bhuvanāni rakṣataḥ sudhṛṣṭame vapuṣye3 na rodasī pitā yatsīmabhi rūpairavāsayat
Great in breadth, bearing many, father and mother keep the worlds safe. I will make delightful body and mind; the father who did not weep furnished forms for the borders.
Wide-spreading, vast, unconnected, the father and mother (of all beings), they two preservethe worlds. Resolute, as if (for the good) of embodied (beings), are Heaven and Earth, and the father ahs invested evry thing with (visible) forms.
Widely-capacious Pair, mighty, that never fail, the Father and the Mother keep all creatures safe: The two world-halves, the spirited, the beautiful, because the Father hath clothed them in goodly forms.
