For him the beloved waters flow where men offer divine oblations; his wide-stepping course is kin to Vishnu's foot, delightful in the highest place.
May I attain his favourite path, in which god-seeking men delight; (the path) of that wide-stepping Viṣṇu, in whose exalted station there is a (perpetual) flow of felicity; for to such a degree is he the friend (of the pious).
May I attain to that his well-loved mansion where men devoted to the Gods are happy. For there springs, close akin to the Wide-Strider, the well of meath in Visnu's highest footstep.
