इन्द्रा॑य॒ हि द्यौरसु॑रो॒ अन॑म्न॒तेन्द्रा॑य म॒ही पृ॑थि॒वी वरी॑मभिर्द्यु॒म्नसा॑ता॒ वरी॑मभिः । इन्द्रं॒ विश्वे॑ स॒जोष॑सो दे॒वासो॑ दधिरे पु॒रः । इन्द्रा॑य॒ विश्वा॒ सव॑नानि॒ मानु॑षा रा॒तानि॑ सन्तु॒ मानु॑षा
indrāya hi dyaurasuro anamnatendrāya mahī pṛthivī varīmabhirdyumnasātā varīmabhiḥ indraṃ viśve sajoṣaso devāso dadhire puraḥ indrāya viśvā savanāni mānuṣā rātāni santu mānuṣā
To Indra the heavens are heroic, to him the earth and broad realms are poured with light. All gods set Indra in the forefront; may men be joyful to Indra. May all mortal peoples be Indra’s hosts and may men be his allies.
To Indra heaven, that excludes the wicked, verilyhas bowed; to Indra the wide-spread earth (has offered homage) with acceptable (praises); with acceptablepraises (the worshipper has propitiated Indra) for the sake of food; all the gods well plural ased have given precedence to Indra; let all the sacrifices ofmen (be appropriated) to Indra; let all the offerings of menbe (presented to him).
To Indra Dyaus the Asura hath bowed him down, to Indra mighty Earth with wide-extending tracts, to win the light, with wide-spread tracts. All Gods of one accord have set Indra in front preeminent. For Indra all libations must be set apart, all man's libations set apart.
