On the back of the nose stands the portion; he who takes it goes among the gods. Therefore the waters and the sand advance; hence this southern one always pours forth.
He who propitiates (the gods), gives to the gods, and sits at ease upon the summit of heaven; to him the flowing waters bear their essence; to him this fertile (earth) ever yields abundance.
On the high ridge of heaven he stands exalted, yea, to the Gods he goes, the liberal giver. The streams, the waters flow for him with fatness: to him this guerdon ever yields abundance.
