पूर्वे॒ अर्धे॒ रज॑सो अ॒प्त्यस्य॒ गवां॒ जनि॑त्र्यकृत॒ प्र के॒तुम् । व्यु॑ प्रथते वित॒रं वरी॑य॒ ओभा पृ॒णन्ती॑ पि॒त्रोरु॒पस्था॑
pūrve ardhe rajaso aptyasya gavāṃ janitryakṛta pra ketum vyu prathate vitaraṃ varīya obhā pṛṇantī pitrorupasthā
Before, in half the night, the waters of the powerful one made the cows fruitful for the maker of the banner. They poured forth the spreading rain; both filled the streams, supporting the fathers' forms.
Born in the eastern quarter of the spacious firmament, she displays a banner of rays of light. plural ced on the lap of both parents (heaven and earth), filling them (with radiance), she enjoys vast and wide-spread renown.
There in the east half of the watery region the Mother of the Cows hath shown her ensign. Wider and wider still she spreadeth onward, and filleth full the laps of both heir Parents.
