अमि॑नती॒ दैव्या॑नि व्र॒तानि॑ प्रमिन॒ती म॑नु॒ष्या॑ यु॒गानि॑ । ई॒युषी॑णामुप॒मा शश्व॑तीनामायती॒नां प्र॑थ॒मोषा व्य॑द्यौत्
aminatī daivyāni vratāni praminatī manuṣyā yugāni īyuṣīṇāmupamā śaśvatīnāmāyatīnāṃ prathamoṣā vyadyaut
She measures out the divine ordinances, counting human generations; like the long-lived she equals the everlasting. First-dawn came forth to the host of the living.
Unimpeding divine rites, although wearing away the ages of mankind, the dawn shines the similitude of the (mornings) that have passed, or that are to be forever, the first of those that are to come.
Not interrupting heavenly ordinances, although she minisheth human generations. The last of endless morns that have departed, the first of those that come, Dawn brightly shineth.
