Bring for us a roomy chariot, mind‑swift, enduring horses, liveliest for the sacrifice — we invoked. A thousand‑bannered host, a forest of hundreds, a hundred‑wealthy one, abundant in streams, moved to the flood‑banks.
Desiringfood, I invoke, (Aśvins), to support my life, your wonderful car, swift as thought, drawn by fleet horses, worthy of veneration, many-bannered, bringing rain, containing wealth, abundantly yielding delight, and conferring riches.
HITHER, that I may live, I call unto the feast your wondrous car, thought-swift, borne on by rapid steeds. With thousand banners, hundred treasures, pouring gifts, promptly obedient, bestowing ample room.
