परा॑व॒तं ना॑सत्यानुदेथामु॒च्चाबु॑ध्नं चक्रथुर्जि॒ह्मबा॑रम् । क्षर॒न्नापो॒ न पा॒यना॑य रा॒ये स॒हस्रा॑य॒ तृष्य॑ते॒ गोत॑मस्य
parāvataṃ nāsatyānudethāmuccābudhnaṃ cakrathurjihmabāram kṣarannāpo na pāyanāya rāye sahasrāya tṛṣyate gotamasya
They sent forth the surpassing Nasatyas, they bound the high ship; they yoked waters for the host to drink. The streams do not fail for the people of a thousandfold fame—Gautama thirsts not.
Nāsatyas, you raised up the well, and made th ebase, which had been turned upwards, the curved mouth, so that the water issued for the beverage of the thirsty Gotama, the offerer.
Ye lifted up the well, O ye Nasatyas, and set the base on high to open downward. Streams flowed for folk of Gotama who thirsted, like rain to bring forth thousandfold abundance.
