If Indra and Agni are at the highest on the earth, the middle, or the lower, therefore may the cows go round; thus may they drink the soma of the son.

Whether, Indra and Agni, you are in the upper, central, or lower region of the world, come,showerers of benefits, hither from wherever you may be, and drink of the effused Soma libation.

Whether, O Indra-Agni, ye be dwelling in highest earth, in central, or in lowest, Even from thence, ye mighty Lords, come hither, and drink libations of the flowing Soma.
