The sacrifice returns to the gods; O Aditi, from you the Adityas arose. They, bestowers of blessing, are invoked — may the bright thought of the poets and the waters of speech come upon us.
May our sacrifice give satisfaction to the gods; Ādityas, be gracious, and may your good intentions be directed towards us, so as to be abundant source of affliction to the poor.
THE sacrifice obtains the Gods' acceptance: be graciously inclined to us, Adityas. Hitherward let your favour be directed, and be our best deliverer from trouble.
