अग्ने॒ तव॒ त्यदु॒क्थ्यं॑ दे॒वेष्व॒स्त्याप्य॑म् । स नः॑ स॒त्तो म॑नु॒ष्वदा दे॒वान्य॑क्षि वि॒दुष्ट॑रो वि॒त्तं मे॑ अ॒स्य रो॑दसी
agne tava tyadukthyaṃ deveṣvastyāpyam sa naḥ satto manuṣvadā devānyakṣi viduṣṭaro vittaṃ me asya rodasī
Agni, thy well-spoken praise among the gods is also ours. Let him be for us the truthful counsellor of men; grant me this wealth of hers, O Rodaśī.
Worthy of praise, Agni, is that your relationship 9with the gods), do you, who are most wise, seated at our (solemnity) worship (the gods), as (at the sacrifice of) Manu.
Worthy of laud, O Agni, is that kinship which thou hast with Gods. Here seat thee like a man: most wise, bring thou the Gods for sacrifice. Mark this my woe, ye Earth and Heaven.
