The moon, like a bird with wings, runs through the waters in the sky. They do not find for him a golden-footed place; let lightning be his wealth, O radiant one of the dew.
The graceful-movingmoonspeeds along the middle region in the sky; bright golden rays (my eyes) behold not your abidding-plural ce. Heaven and earth, be conscious of this (my affliction).
WITHIN the waters runs the Moon, he with the beauteous wings in heaven. Ye lightnings with your golden wheels, men find not your abiding-place. Mark this my woe, ye Earth and Heaven.
