तदि॑न्द्र॒ प्रेव॑ वी॒र्यं॑ चकर्थ॒ यत्स॒सन्तं॒ वज्रे॒णाबो॑ध॒योऽहि॑म् । अनु॑ त्वा॒ पत्नी॑र्हृषि॒तं वय॑श्च॒ विश्वे॑ दे॒वासो॑ अमद॒न्ननु॑ त्वा
tadindra preva vīryaṃ cakartha yatsasantaṃ vajreṇābodhayo'him anu tvā patnīrhṛṣitaṃ vayaśca viśve devāso amadannanu tvā
Then Indra sent forth valour which, by the potent thunderbolt, he made wakeful and perceptive. Following you, O joyful spouse, all the gods honored you and fed you.
You did perform, Indra, a glorious deed, when you did awaken the sleeping Ahi with your thunderbolt; then the wives (of the gods), the Maruts, and all the gods, imitated your exultation.
Well didst thou do that hero deed, O Indra, in waking with thy bolt the slumbering Ahi. in thee, delighted, Dames divine rejoiced them, the flying Maruts and all Gods were joyful.
