Many are the men who have praised you as our sacrificer; these are the owners of wealth, strong-holders of battle. May our chariots stand firm for us; make victorious the resolve of Indra, upheld in mind.
Many are the men who call upon you for your protection; mount your car to bring wealth to us, for your mind, Indra, is composed, and resolved of victory.
For here in divers ways these men invoking thee, holder of treasures, sing hymns to win thine aid. Ascend the car that thou mayest bring spoil to us, for, Indra, thy fixt winneth the victory.
