स यो वृषा॒ वृष्ण्ये॑भिः॒ समो॑का म॒हो दि॒वः पृ॑थि॒व्याश्च॑ स॒म्राट् । स॒ती॒नस॑त्वा॒ हव्यो॒ भरे॑षु म॒रुत्वा॑न्नो भव॒त्विन्द्र॑ ऊ॒ती
sa yo vṛṣā vṛṣṇyebhiḥ samokā maho divaḥ pṛthivyāśca samrāṭ satīnasatvā havyo bhareṣu marutvānno bhavatvindra ūtī
He who is equal in the bulls and the bellowing herds, great ruler of heaven and earth—being fit for sacrifices, abundant in offerings—become full, O Indra, with marut-like vigor.
May he who is the showerer of desires, who is co-dweller with (all) energies the supreme ruler over the vast heaven and earth, the sender of water, and to be invoked in battles; may Indra, associated with the Maruts, be our protection.
MAY he who hath his home with strength, the Mighty, the King supreme of earth and spacious heaven, Lord of true power, to he invoked in battles,-may Indra, girt by Maruts, be our succour.
