The Brahmanas, devoted to asceticism, those that value peace as the highest attribute, those that have their souls under complete control, those that are desirous of knowledge, those that are freed from lust and wrath and envy, those that are unweded to earthly things, those that have their sins completely destroyed, those that possess gentleness and virtue, those that are free from pride, those that have a full knowledge of the soul-all these worship me with profound meditation. I am the fire called Samvartaka, I am the wind called Samvartaka.
