द्विजच्छेदं न कुर्वीत भुक्त्वा न च समाचरेत्। महाकुले प्रसूतां च प्रशस्ता लक्षणैस्तथा॥ वयःस्थां च महाप्राज्ञः कन्यामावोढुमर्हति। अपत्यमुत्पाद्य ततः प्रतिष्ठाप्य कुलं तथा॥ पुत्राः प्रदेया ज्ञानेषु कुलधर्मेषु भारत। कन्या चोत्पाद्य दातव्या कुलपुत्राय धीमते॥
