Parāśara said:: The spotless great goddess saw Parāśara, his eyes dimmed and his body drenched by tears due to misery. He was interested only in the act of worshipping the Liṅga. He repeated the names “Hara”, “Rudra” etc. Umā then spoke to Śiva her husband and the lord of the worlds.
