Indra said: Hence O Śilāda, understand that in all the worlds it is difficult to get a person who is not born of a womb and who is deathless. Even the lotus-born deity has death. But if Rudra the lord of Devas is pleased, a son not born of a womb and devoid of death is not difficult for you to get. It is not possible for me, for Viṣṇu and for Brahmā to offer you a son not born of a womb and devoid of death.
