Because the association and dissociation of the body are fixed, and because the Self is of the nature of God (Ishvara)—always free from decay—there is no need for sorrow; to summarize: God’s power again shows that one should not grieve, as if wondrous. ‘Wondrous’ here means rare. In the world that rarity is wonder; though rare, because of the finer apprehension of the Self and the fact that one possesses divine nature, the Self is subtle and the seer thereof is rare.
