Entirely free of fault, may the great Lord Vishnu take delight always in what I have composed on the Gita, even if only slightly. May he be pleased with my exposition, purified like a swan that cleansed the Gita in the breeze, and with the pair named Sankara—one divorced of passion, the other ruddy with vigor. The sun is obscured by the strokes of the maya-like moths; may devotion (bhakti) abide in that sovereign Lord of life, O ascetic ruler (Yatindra).
