Vāyu said: There are many crores of groups of eleven Rudras of noble souls. Maheśvara the noble-souled lord of the Devas, the lord who is compassionate towards the devotees, the lover and consort of Pārvatī, rejoices along with these. I do not perceive any dissimilarity between those Rudras and noble-souled Bhava. I am speaking the truth to you.”
