The sage said:: By the time the subjects reach this situation, the Kali Yuga will come to a close. Kali Yuga consisting of a thousand years according to divine reckoning, will lapse and along with the Kali Yuga, the people will also pass away. When the Kali Yuga lapses completely along with the Sandhyāṃśa (period of junction or transition), Kṛta Yuga will dawn.
