Sūta said:: Creatures are born of cows, buffaloes and other animals. They are born of fishes too. Creatures of diverse kinds are born of heaped rice. Various species of creatures are born of the pack of quails etc. Similarly, leeches and other subtle species of creatures are born. Subtle Śūkas (poisonous insects) are born of pigeons and ospreys and other birds too. Other species of worms are born as the products of flies.
