तं दृष्ट्वा गजाननो भृगुवरं क्रोधात्क्षिपन्तं त्वरा स्वात्मार्थं परशुं तदा निजकरेणोद्धृत्य वेगेन तु। भूर्लोकं भुवः स्वरपि तस्योर्ध्वं महर्वैजनं लोकं चापि तपो ऽथ सत्यमपरं वैकुण्ठमप्यानयत।।

taṃ dṛṣṭvā gajānano bhṛguvaraṃ krodhātkṣipantaṃ tvarā svātmārthaṃ paraśuṃ tadā nijakareṇoddhṛtya vegena tu| bhūrlokaṃ bhuvaḥ svarapi tasyordhvaṃ maharvaijanaṃ lokaṃ cāpi tapo 'tha satyamaparaṃ vaikuṇṭhamapyānayat||
