Sūta said:: The lords are born on account of their Yogic Māyā. By means of their parts, they delude others. Hence there is nothing proper or improper in their movement and activity. They are the first among those who approve the Bhūtas (living beings). They are in the midst of those who expound the Bhūtas (Elements, living beings). All the three (deities) are attached to those who approve the Bhūtas and those who expound them. After examining the (merits) they bless the people. They themselves restrain and exterminate the rogues themselves.
