Bṛhaspati Said:: That is a divine warning to the evil-doers and especially so to good persons. There the Devahrada (the eddy of the Devas) is very holy. The pure serpent king of Brahmā accepts the Piṇḍas (rice-balls) offered by good people. For the highly refulgent serpents (?) it is impossible to eat the cooked rice.
