Sūta said: Smoke is conducive to development of all of them without any distinction. The most excellent among them is Parjanya. The Elephants of the quarters are four in number. (Although) these are separate, the source of origin of elephants, mountains, clouds and serpents is the same and water is remembered as that origin.
