Śrī Sūta said: They bum the mobile and the immobile beings, the rivers and all the mountains: they had already been dry due to drought and absence of rain. Now they are heated by those rays. Then they are completely burnt by the sun’s rays and they become helpless. These mobile and immobile beings, as well as Dharma and Adharma etc. become completely burnt by the sun’s rays.
