शं ते॒ वातो॑ अ॒न्तरि॑क्षे॒ वयो॑ धा॒च्छं ते॑ भवन्तु प्र॒दिश॒श्चत॑स्रः । ए॒वाहं त्वां क्षे॑त्रि॒या॑न्निरृ॑त्या जामिशं॒साद् द्रु॒हो मु॑ञ्चामि॒ वरु॑णस्य॒ पाशा॑त्। अ॒ना॒गसं॒ ब्रह्म॑णा त्वा कृणोमि शि॒वे ते॒ द्यावा॑पृथि॒वी उ॒भे स्ता॑म्॥३॥
śaṁ te vāto antarikṣe yayo dhāch chaṁ te bhavantu pradiśaś catasraḥ | evāhaṁ tvāṁ kṣetriyān nirṛtyā jāmiśaṁsād droho muñcāmi varuṇasya pāśāt | anāgasaṁ brahmaṇā tvā kṛṇomi śive te dyāvāpṛthivī ubhe stām
May the wind in the midspace be auspicious to you and bear you aloft; may the four quarters be favorable to you. Thus I free you, field-guardian, from Nirṛti, from Jāmiśaṁsa, from harm, from the noose of Varuṇa. I make you sinless by the Brahman; may both Heaven and Earth be benevolent to you.
