Shatanand explains that there is no difference in looking at a woman and a man in the disguise of a woman as the same emotions can arise. Similarly they should not touch such men. Also they should not give religious discourses to women directly. Nor should they sing devotional songs aiming to get the attention of women, listening from afar as this also is contrary to Brahmcharya Vrata, leading to the mind developing thoughts upon women.
