A delicate being in the womb, covered by much flesh, is bound by the vertebrae and the neck, which are tightly wrapped.

Excessively sour, bitter, sharp, hot, and salty foods, when consumed in excess, lead to extreme suffering.

Being born, he is troubled by the wind, the excretion of feces, urine, and semen, bound by the ties of the body.

With his face down, he is acted upon by strong winds, and through suffering, he attains liberation from the mother's womb.

Like a worm fallen on the ground, pierced by thorns and entangled, so is a person afflicted by pure wounds.

A person, covered by the darkness of ignorance, with a deluded mind, does not know from where, who he is, where he is going, or what is the self.

By what bondage am I bound? What is the cause, and what is the uncaused? What is to be done, and what is not to be done? What is to be spoken, and what is not to be spoken?

Having lost all purity, desiring leisure and food, he is a source of laughter even for his relatives, yet he is completely disenchanted.

With a slack neck and hands trembling, the man, overwhelmed by fear, repeatedly feels faint, being under the influence of others, and is repeatedly endowed with knowledge.

The starry-eyed one, with hands and feet moving, repeatedly throws down the body, and the dried lips are trembling with a ghastly sound.

bhūteṣu vasate so 'ntar vasanty atra ca tāni yat dhātā vidhātā jagatāṃ vāsudevas tataḥ prabhuḥ ||
He who resides in all beings, and who dwells within them, is the Lord Vasudeva, the creator and sustainer of the universe.
