In the sixth Manvantara, there was a Manu known as Cakṣuṣa, and he was endowed with great speed. O Indra, understand this even among the gods.

अंशेन तस्या जज्ञे ऽसौ यज्ञः स्वायंभुवे ऽन्तरे आकूत्यां मानसो देव उत्पन्नः प्रथमे ऽन्तरे ।।
aṃśena tasyā jajñe 'sau yajñaḥ svāyaṃbhuve 'ntare ākūtyāṃ mānaso deva utpannaḥ prathame 'ntare ||
From a part of her, that Yajna was born in the realm of Svayambhu, and in the first instance, the divine being arose from the mind of Aakuti.

sarve ca devā manavaḥ samastāḥ saptarṣayo ye manusūnavaś ca indraś ca yo yas tridaśeśabhūto viṣṇor aśeṣās tu vibhūtayas tāḥ ||
All the gods, the Manus, all the Saptarishis, and Indra, who is the lord of the three worlds, are indeed the infinite manifestations of Vishnu.
