The house made of clay, like a house smeared with earth, is indeed stable. This body is also earthly, made of earthly particles.

Barley, wheat, pulses, ghee, oil, milk, yogurt, jaggery, and fruits are indeed earthly particles.

Knowing this, you should contemplate on the tasted and untasted. The mind should be balanced, for balance is indeed the path to liberation.
