Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 11
vAcyavAcakabhAvo 'yamanAdisaMsthitastayoH ॥ yathA 'nAdipravRttoyaM ghorasaMsArasAgaraH ॥ 11 ॥
This state of being the expressive and the expressed is beginningless inasmuch as this terrible ocean of worldly existence functions without a beginning.
Vayaviya-samhita - Chapter 47 - Verse 12
Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 12
zivo 'pi hi tathAnAdisaMsArAnmocakaH sthitaH ॥ vyAdhInAM bheSajaM yadvatpratipakSaH svabhAvataH ॥ 12 ॥
Similarly Lord Śiva is situated as the liberator from the beginning of material existence Just as the opposite is by nature the cure for diseases.
Vayaviya-samhita - Chapter 47 - Verse 13
Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 13

Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 16
na sarvajJaM vinA puMsAmAdisargaH prasiddhyati ॥ vaidyaM vinA nirAnaMdAH klizyaMte rogiNo yathA ॥ 16 ॥
Without the omniscient Supreme Personality of Godhead, the origin of the universe cannot be understood. Without a physician they are unhappy and suffer like patients.

tasmAdanAdiH sarvajJaH paripUrNassadAzivaH ॥ asti nAthaH paritrAtA puMsAM saMsArasAgarAt ॥ 17 ॥
Hence, surely there is the lord, the primordial omniscient, perfect, Sadāśiva, the protector of persons from the ocean of worldly existence.

Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 21
vidhivAkyamidaM zaivaM nArthavAdaM zivAtmakam ॥ yassarvajJassusaMpUrNaH svabhAvavimalaH zivaH ॥ 21 ॥
This statement of rituals is Shiva and not an argument for the meaning of Shiva. He is omniscient and well-perfect and pure in nature and auspicious.

Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 22
lokAnugrahakartA ca sa mRSArthaM kathaM vadet ॥ yadyathAvasthitaM vastu guNadoSaiH svabhAvataH ॥ 22 ॥
He who is always benevolent to the world, how can he speak a lie? Whatever is inherently present in the object is by virtue of its virtues and evils.
Vayaviya-samhita - Chapter 47 - Verse 23
Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 23
yAvatphalaM ca tatpUrNaM sarvajJastu yathA vadet ॥ rAgAjJAnAdibhirdoSairgrastatvAdanRtaM vadet ॥ 23 ॥
As long as the fruit is complete, the omniscient should speak as he pleases. Because he is overcome by evils such as passion and ignorance he should speak lies.
Vayaviya-samhita - Chapter 47 - Verse 24
Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 24
te cezvare na vidyete brUyAtsa kathamanyathA ॥ ajJAtAzeSadoSeNa sarvajJeya zivena yat ॥ praNItamamalaM vAkyaM tatpramANaM na saMzayaH ॥ 24 ॥
Those two faults are not present in the lord. How can he then make a wrong statement? Surely therefore the expression that is uttered by Śiva, the omniscient without any flaw, is authoritative.
Vayaviya-samhita - Chapter 47 - Verse 25
Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 25
tasmAdIzvaravAkyAni zraddheyAni vipazcitA ॥ yathArthapuNyapApeSu tadazraddho vrajatyadhaH ॥ 25 ॥
Hence, the statements of lord Śiva shall be faithfully considered by a learned man. In regard to merits and sins as they are, a person having no faith in him falls.

saMskRtenApi kiM tena mRdunA lalitena vA ॥ avidyArAgavAkyena saMsAraklezahetunA ॥ 28 ॥
Of what avail is that statement of ignorance and lust which is the cause of worldly pain even if it be polished, soft and charming?
Vayaviya-samhita - Chapter 47 - Verse 29
Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 29
yacchrutvA jAyate zreyo rAgAdInAM ca saMzayaH ॥ virUpamapi tadvAkyaM vijJeyamiti zobhanam ॥ 29 ॥

Shiva Purana (siva.sh) · Chapter 47 · Verse 33
