Izvara uvAca ॥ svavAme caturasraM tu maNDalaM parikalpayet॥ omityabhyarcya tasmiMstu zaMkhamastropazobhitam॥ 1॥
Lord Śiva said:— On his left side he should arrange a four-sided circle. After worshiping him with the mantra 'Om' he placed a conch adorned with weapons.

sthApya sAdhArakaM taM tu praNavenArcayettataH ॥ ApUryya zuddhatoyena candanAdisugaMdhinA ॥ 2 ॥
Placing the ordinary object one should then worship it with the oṁkāra. Fill it with pure water and fragrant sandalwood and other fragrances.

abhyarcya gandhapuSpAdyaiH praNavena ca saptadhA । abhimaMtrya tatastasmindhenumudrAM pradarzayet ॥ 3 ॥
Then worship the Lord with fragrant flowers and other oṁkāras in seven parts. After chanting the mantra one should then present the cow mudra to the deity.

The conch and the mudra should be placed in front of the square. There is a half moon in the middle of it and a triangle in the middle of it.

This circle should be designed as a hexagonal circle. After worshiping him with fragrant flowers and other offerings, he chanted the oṁkāra in the middle.

Placing the ordinary arghya vessel, one should worship the deity with fragrant oils and other offerings. Fill it with pure water and pour it into the vessel.

The tops of kusha grass and unbroken grains of barley oats and sesame seeds O beautiful one offer sacrificial offerings and flowers for the purpose of perfection.

Sadyojata and other mantras and the six oṁkāras. After worshiping him with fragrant flowers and other offerings he chanted mantras with his shield.

avaguMNThyAstramaMtreNa saMrakSArthaM pradarzayet ॥ dhenumudrAM ca tenaiva prokSayedastramaMtrataH ॥ 9॥
Wrap it up and chant the weapon mantra and display it for protection. Sprinkle the cow mudra with the same water and chant the mantra Astra.

They also offered themselves fragrant flowers and other utensils for worship The lotus of the lotus is the direction of the lotus with the utterance of the oṁkāra.

One should arrange a seat saying 'Om Guruvasanaya Namah' The idol of the spiritual master is also placed there according to the instructions of the Kalpa.

The oṁkāra, Gum, at the end of the Gurus, is also recited to the Desika. Then one should invoke the Lord and meditate on Him standing facing south.

suprasannamukhaM saumyaM zuddhasphaTikanirmalam ॥ varadAbhayahastaM ca dvinetraM zivavigraham ॥ 13 ॥
His face was very cheerful and gentle and clear as pure crystal. He holds the hand of boons and fearlessness and has two eyes and is the form of Lord Śiva.

Thus meditating one should offer sacrifices with fragrant flowers and other objects in order. On the southwest side of the lotus is the lotus seat of Lord Ganesha.

mUrtimprakalpya tatraiva gaNAnAM tveti maMtrataH ॥ samAvAhya tato devaM dhyAyedekA gramAnasaH ॥ 15 ॥
He placed the idol there and chanted the mantra Tve of the hosts. Then one should invoke the Lord and meditate on Him with a concentrated mind.

He was red in complexion and had a huge body and was adorned with all kinds of ornaments He wore ropes, goads, remaining teeth and lotuses of anchors.

It is served with banana, coconut, mango and fruit laddu. Offering offerings one should offer obeisances to Gajanana.

Fixing the Skanda seat on the lotus in the air direction of the lotus. Then the Buddha should make the idol of Skanda and invoke Skanda.

Then one should chant the Skanda Gayatri and meditate on the Kumaraka. It was like the rising sun and carried by a great peacock.

He had four arms and a generous body and was adorned with a crown and other ornaments. He holds the hand of boons and fearlessness and holds the chicken of power.

One should properly worship Nandi, the lord of the inner palace himself. It was like a mountain of gold and adorned with all kinds of ornaments.

He is crowned with a young moon and is gentle with three eyes and four arms. The almighty Lord carried a burning spear, a deer tank and a golden staff.

Irreligion and others are the former and the latter in order. One should meditate on the limbs of the king, which are like the jewels of the king.

The lower and upper cover is the back tuber and the barrel is the thorn. One should meditate on the leaves and other earrings and worship them one after another.

The other sky is called space and it is very bright. Arrange a seat for the idol before arranging flowers.

AdhArazaktimArabhya zuddhavidyAsanAvadhi ॥ OMkArAdicaturthyaMtaM nAmamantraM namontakam ॥ 38 ॥
From the base power to the pure knowledge seat. The fourth syllable of the name mantra, beginning with the omkara, is the end of the name.

A learned person should chant the mantra and worship it everywhere in this order of rituals From the difference of the limbs, mouth and art, the five Brahmans are as before.

vinyasetkramazo mUrttau tattanmudrAvicakSaNaH ॥ AvAhayettato devaM puSpAJjalipuTasthitaH ॥ 40 ॥
A skilled person should place the respective mudras on the idols in order. Then one should offer obeisances to the Lord standing in a bag of flowers and palms.
