पव॑स्व दक्ष॒साध॑नो दे॒वेभ्यः॑ पी॒तये॑ हरे । म॒रुद्भ्यो॑ वा॒यवे॒ मदः॑
pavasva dakṣasādhano devebhyaḥ pītaye hare marudbhyo vāyave madaḥ
O purifier, apt in rites, bring the libation to the gods to drink; from the Maruts and the airy ones comes might.

पव॑मान धि॒या हि॒तो॒३॒॑ऽभि योनिं॒ कनि॑क्रदत् । धर्म॑णा वा॒युमा वि॑श
pavamāna dhiyā hito3'bhi yoniṃ kanikradat dharmaṇā vāyumā viśa
The purifying one favored the womb by thought; by righteousness the vital breath expanded.

सं दे॒वैः शो॑भते॒ वृषा॑ क॒विर्योना॒वधि॑ प्रि॒यः । वृ॒त्र॒हा दे॑व॒वीत॑मः
saṃ devaiḥ śobhate vṛṣā kaviryonāvadhi priyaḥ vṛtrahā devavītamaḥ
With the gods he shines, the bull delights, the sage loves the slaying of Vṛtra; the gods’ fortress is celebrated.

विश्वा॑ रू॒पाण्या॑वि॒शन्पु॑ना॒नो या॑ति हर्य॒तः । यत्रा॒मृता॑स॒ आस॑ते
viśvā rūpāṇyāviśanpunāno yāti haryataḥ yatrāmṛtāsa āsate
All forms enter again where the immortals sit; there the immortals find sustenance.

अ॒रु॒षो ज॒नय॒न्गिरः॒ सोमः॑ पवत आयु॒षक् । इन्द्रं॒ गच्छ॑न्क॒विक्र॑तुः
aruṣo janayangiraḥ somaḥ pavata āyuṣak indraṃ gacchankavikratuḥ
Soma, the giver of life, produced the mountain-born ones; the poet-maker went to Indra.

Bring the purifying, mind-stirring press, O poet, the seat of the Sun’s origin is established.
