सोमा॑ असृग्र॒मिन्द॑वः सु॒ता ऋ॒तस्य॒ साद॑ने । इन्द्रा॑य॒ मधु॑मत्तमाः
somā asṛgramindavaḥ sutā ṛtasya sādane indrāya madhumattamāḥ
Soma, the swift Indra-drinker, advanced to the seat of Rta; Indra took the sweetest meads there.

अ॒भि विप्रा॑ अनूषत॒ गावो॑ व॒त्सं न मा॒तरः॑ । इन्द्रं॒ सोम॑स्य पी॒तये॑
abhi viprā anūṣata gāvo vatsaṃ na mātaraḥ indraṃ somasya pītaye
They approached, O priests, the cows and the calf not as mother; for Indra, to be drunk of Soma.

म॒द॒च्युत्क्षे॑ति॒ साद॑ने॒ सिन्धो॑रू॒र्मा वि॑प॒श्चित् । सोमो॑ गौ॒री अधि॑ श्रि॒तः
madacyutkṣeti sādane sindhorūrmā vipaścit somo gaurī adhi śritaḥ
When the drunkenness is cast forth at the seat, like the Sindhu’s surging wave the sage perceived; Soma, fair one, settled upon splendour.

दि॒वो नाभा॑ विचक्ष॒णोऽव्यो॒ वारे॑ महीयते । सोमो॒ यः सु॒क्रतुः॑ क॒विः
divo nābhā vicakṣaṇo'vyo vāre mahīyate somo yaḥ sukratuḥ kaviḥ
The heaven’s middle, the navel of the sky, observed the wide expanse; Soma who is well-made is the poet.

यः सोमः॑ क॒लशे॒ष्वाँ अ॒न्तः प॒वित्र॒ आहि॑तः । तमिन्दुः॒ परि॑ षस्वजे
yaḥ somaḥ kalaśeṣvām̐ antaḥ pavitra āhitaḥ taminduḥ pari ṣasvaje
That Soma in the goblets, placed within, sanctified and invoked, pressed around the vessel with offerings.

pra vācaminduriṣyati samudrasyādhi viṣṭapi jinvankośaṃ madhuścutam
The speech of Indu will proclaim, over the sea the wide-spreading one will conquer; he wins the treasure and the sweet portion.

नित्य॑स्तोत्रो॒ वन॒स्पति॑र्धी॒नाम॒न्तः स॑ब॒र्दुघः॑ । हि॒न्वा॒नो मानु॑षा यु॒गा
nityastotro vanaspatirdhīnāmantaḥ sabardughaḥ hinvāno mānuṣā yugā
The ever-praising Vanaspati, lord of the gods, within the wise ones gives forth abundant milk; humans lessen it in the age.

अ॒भि प्रि॒या दि॒वस्प॒दा सोमो॑ हिन्वा॒नो अ॑र्षति । विप्र॑स्य॒ धार॑या क॒विः
abhi priyā divaspadā somo hinvāno arṣati viprasya dhārayā kaviḥ
Soma, beloved of the gods, strikes with bounty; the poet, with the flow of the sage, pours forth glorious praise.

आ प॑वमान धारय र॒यिं स॒हस्र॑वर्चसम् । अ॒स्मे इ॑न्दो स्वा॒भुव॑म्
ā pavamāna dhāraya rayiṃ sahasravarcasam asme indo svābhuvam
Bring the invigorating one, sustain the wealth of a thousandfold brilliance; Indra became our own born one for me.
