उत्त्वा॑ मन्दन्तु॒ स्तोमाः॑ कृणु॒ष्व राधो॑ अद्रिवः । अव॑ ब्रह्म॒द्विषो॑ जहि
uttvā mandantu stomāḥ kṛṇuṣva rādho adrivaḥ ava brahmadviṣo jahi
Rise, let the hymns slow, perform, O mountain-clans; speak, slay the poison of Brahman’s hatred.

प॒दा प॒णीँर॑रा॒धसो॒ नि बा॑धस्व म॒हाँ अ॑सि । न॒हि त्वा॒ कश्च॒न प्रति॑
padā paṇīm̐rarādhaso ni bādhasva mahām̐ asi nahi tvā kaścana prati
Bind the feet and hands, restrain not; you are great. No one is against you.

You are the heaviest of the strong ones, Indra of the strong; you are the king of peoples.

Come, behold the heavenly radiant clangor and the sounding of chariots; you fill both—O moist one, the dawn.

tyaṃ citparvataṃ giriṃ śatavantaṃ sahasriṇam vi stotṛbhyo rurojitha
That mountain of thought, the hundredfold, the thousandfold, you have spread out; the worshippers sing it loud.

We by day invoke your sons, and by night we call; fulfill for us our desires.

Who is this young bull, broad-necked, lordly, unshorn? O Brahman, who goes before him?

kasya svitsavanaṃ vṛṣā jujuṣvām̐ ava gacchati indraṃ ka u svidā cake
Who then takes away the bright sacrifice of cattle? Who goes to meet Indra with the sacrifice?

kaṃ te dānā asakṣata vṛtrahankaṃ suvīryā ukthe ka u svidantamaḥ
Whom did you give the prize to, O slayer of Vṛtra, whom, heroic one? Who has praised you for the noble gift?

ayaṃ te mānuṣe jane somaḥ pūruṣu sūyate tasyehi pra dravā piba
This Soma shines among men for you; drink the flowing draught of it.

ayaṃ te śaryaṇāvati suṣomāyāmadhi priyaḥ ārjīkīye madintamaḥ
This pleasant, dear Soma brings abundance of wealth in the realm of succour; accept our libation.

तम॒द्य राध॑से म॒हे चारुं॒ मदा॑य॒ घृष्व॑ये । एही॑मिन्द्र॒ द्रवा॒ पिब॑
tamadya rādhase mahe cāruṃ madāya ghṛṣvaye ehīmindra dravā piba
Now lovely with radiance, with sweet oil, pour forth the draught; Indra, drink this flowing gift.
