ऋ॒जु॒नी॒ती नो॒ वरु॑णो मि॒त्रो न॑यतु वि॒द्वान् । अ॒र्य॒मा दे॒वैः स॒जोषाः॑
ṛjunītī no varuṇo mitro nayatu vidvān aryamā devaiḥ sajoṣāḥ
May Varuṇa and Mitra lead us straightforwardly, the learned; Aryamā be in concord with the gods.

ते हि वस्वो॒ वस॑वाना॒स्ते अप्र॑मूरा॒ महो॑भिः । व्र॒ता र॑क्षन्ते वि॒श्वाहा॑
te hi vasvo vasavānāste apramūrā mahobhiḥ vratā rakṣante viśvāhā
For they are the Vasus, the possessors of riches; they unerringly restrain great ones. They protect the sacred ordinances for all peoples.

ते अ॒स्मभ्यं॒ शर्म॑ यंसन्न॒मृता॒ मर्त्ये॑भ्यः । बाध॑माना॒ अप॒ द्विषः॑
te asmabhyaṃ śarma yaṃsannamṛtā martyebhyaḥ bādhamānā apa dviṣaḥ
They bring us delight, immortal and supportive to mortals; resenting enemies who afflict us.

वि नः॑ प॒थः सु॑वि॒ताय॑ चि॒यन्त्विन्द्रो॑ म॒रुतः॑ । पू॒षा भगो॒ वन्द्या॑सः
vi naḥ pathaḥ suvitāya ciyantvindro marutaḥ pūṣā bhago vandyāsaḥ
May Indra and the Maruts discover for us a well‑trod path and prosperity; may Pūṣān, the venerable god, be worshipped by us.

उ॒त नो॒ धियो॒ गोअ॑ग्राः॒ पूष॒न्विष्ण॒वेव॑यावः । कर्ता॑ नः स्वस्ति॒मतः॑
uta no dhiyo goagrāḥ pūṣanviṣṇavevayāvaḥ kartā naḥ svastimataḥ
May our minds be led forward like cows to pastures by Pūṣan and Viṣṇu, the bringers of light; may they accomplish our welfare and establish auspiciousness for us.

मधु॒ वाता॑ ऋताय॒ते मधु॑ क्षरन्ति॒ सिन्ध॑वः । माध्वी॑र्नः स॒न्त्वोष॑धीः
madhu vātā ṛtāyate madhu kṣaranti sindhavaḥ mādhvīrnaḥ santvoṣadhīḥ
Sweet winds move according to cosmic law; the rivers flow; may sweet‑herbed plants be our companions and bring us joy.

मधु॒ नक्त॑मु॒तोषसो॒ मधु॑म॒त्पार्थि॑वं॒ रजः॑ । मधु॒ द्यौर॑स्तु नः पि॒ता
madhu naktamutoṣaso madhumatpārthivaṃ rajaḥ madhu dyaurastu naḥ pitā
Sweet is the night, sweet the dawn, sweet the radiant dust of earth; sweet be the heaven — may the Father (Sky) be sweet to us.

मधु॑मान्नो॒ वन॒स्पति॒र्मधु॑माँ अस्तु॒ सूर्यः॑ । माध्वी॒र्गावो॑ भवन्तु नः
madhumānno vanaspatirmadhumām̐ astu sūryaḥ mādhvīrgāvo bhavantu naḥ
May the honey‑bearing lord of the forest provide us with sweet food; may the Sun grant us sweetness; may the cows of bounty be ours.

शं नो॑ मि॒त्रः शं वरु॑णः॒ शं नो॑ भवत्वर्य॒मा । शं न॒ इन्द्रो॒ बृह॒स्पतिः॒ शं नो॒ विष्णु॑रुरुक्र॒मः
śaṃ no mitraḥ śaṃ varuṇaḥ śaṃ no bhavatvaryamā śaṃ na indro bṛhaspatiḥ śaṃ no viṣṇururukramaḥ
May Mitra be auspicious to us, may Varuṇa be auspicious; may Aryamā be auspicious to us. May Indra and Br̥haspati be auspicious to us; may Viṣṇu, swift in stride, be auspicious to us.
