मन॑से॒ चेत॑से धि॒य आकू॑तय उ॒त चित्त॑ये । म॒त्यै श्रु॒ताय॒ चक्ष॑से वि॒धेम॑ ह॒विषा॑ व॒यम्॥१॥
manase cetase dhiya ākūtaya uta cittaye | matyai śrutāya cakṣase vidhema haviṣā vayam
To Mind, to Thought, to Understanding, to Intention, and to Insight, for wisdom, for hearing, for sight, we offer with oblation.

अ॒पा॒नाय॑ व्या॒नाय॑ प्रा॒णाय॒ भूरि॑धायसे । सर॑स्वत्या उरु॒व्यचे॑ वि॒धेम॑ ह॒विषा॑ व॒यम्॥२॥
apānāya vyānāya prāṇāya bhūridhāyase | sarasvatyā uruvyace vidhema haviṣā vayam
To Apāna, Vyāna, and Prāṇa, the great sustainer; to Sarasvatī of wide expanse, we offer with oblation.

मा नो॑ हासिषु॒र्ऋष॑यो॒ दैव्या॒ ये त॑नू॒पा ये न॑स्त॒न्वऽस्तनू॒जाः । अम॑र्त्या॒ मर्त्यां॑ अ॒भि नः॑ सचध्व॒मायु॑र्धत्त प्रत॒रं जी॒वसे॑ नः ॥३॥
mā no hāsiṣur ṛṣayo daivyā ye tanūpā ye nas tanv as tanujāḥ | amartyā martyām abhi naḥ sacadhvam āyur dhatta prataram jīvase naḥ |
May the divine ṛṣis, the protectors of the body, the guardians of our persons and our offspring, not abandon us. Immortals, stand with us mortals; grant us lifespan and a safe passage for our living.
