१-३ शन्तातिः। १ पृथिवि, श्रोत्रं, वनस्पतिः, अग्निः, २ प्राणः, अन्तरिक्षं, वयः, वायुः, पृ॒थि॒व्यै श्रोत्रा॑य॒ वन॒स्पति॑भ्यो॒ऽग्नयेऽधि॑पतये॒ स्वाहा॑ ॥१॥
1–3 Śantātiḥ. 1 Pṛthivī, śrotraṃ, vanaspatīḥ, Agniḥ; 2 prāṇaḥ, antarikṣaṃ, vayaḥ, Vāyuḥ. pṛthivyai śrotrāya vanaspatibhyo ’gnaye adhipataye svāhā.
1–3 Shantāti. 1 Earth, ear, plants, Agni; 2 life-breath, midspace, birds, Vāyu. Svāhā to the lord for Earth and the Ear, for the Plants, for Agni.

प्रा॒णाया॒न्तरि॑क्षाय॒ वयो॑भ्यो वा॒यवेऽधि॑पतये॒ स्वाहा॑ ॥२॥
prāṇāyāntarikṣāya vayobhyō vāyave adhipataye svāhā.
To Prāṇa, to the midspace, to the birds, to Vāyu the lord—svāhā.

दि॒वे चक्षु॑षे॒ नक्ष॑त्रेभ्यः॒ सूर्या॒याधि॑पतये॒ स्वाहा॑ ॥३॥
dive cakṣuṣe nakṣatrebhyaḥ sūryāyādhipataye svāhā.
To the sky, to the eye, to the constellations, to Sūrya the lord—svāhā.
