भवा॑शर्वौ म॒न्वे वां॒ तस्य॑ वित्तं॒ ययो॑र्वामि॒दं प्र॒दिशि॒ यद् वि॒रोच॑ते । याव॒स्ये॑शा॑थे द्वि॒पदो॒ यौ चतु॑ष्पद॒स्तौ नो॑ मुञ्चत॒मंह॑सः ॥१॥
bhavā śarvau manve vāṃ tasya vittaṃ yayor vām idaṃ pratiśi yad virocate | yāv asy eśāthe dvipado yau catuṣpadas tau no muñcatam aṃhasaḥ
I honor you, Bhava and Śarva, and seek the wealth that shines in every quarter which is yours. You who rule over bipeds and quadrupeds—both of you free us from sin.

ययो॑रभ्यभ्व॒ उ॒त यद् दू॒रे चि॒द् यौ वि॑दि॒तावि॑षु॒भृता॒मसि॑ष्ठौ । याव॒स्येशा॑थे द्वि॒पदो॒ यौ चतु॑ष्पद॒स्तौ नो॑ मुञ्चत॒मंह॑सः ॥२॥
yayor abhyabhva uta yad dūre cid yau viditāviṣubhṛtām asiṣṭhau | yāv asyeśāthe dvipado yau catuṣpadas tau no muñcatam aṃhasaḥ
Whether near or even far, you two who know and are the mightiest among the bearers—since you rule over bipeds and quadrupeds—both of you free us from sin.

स॒ह॒स्रा॒क्षौ वृ॑त्र॒हना॑ हुवे॒हं दू॒रेग॑व्यूती स्तु॒वन्ने॑म्यु॒ग्रौ। याव॒स्येशा॑थे द्वि॒पदो॒ यौ चतु॑ष्पद॒स्तौ नो॑ मुञ्चत॒मंह॑सः ॥३॥
sahasrākṣau vṛtrahanā huve haṃ dūregavyūtī stuvan nemy ugrau | yāv asyeśāthe dvipado yau catuṣpadas tau no muñcatam aṃhasaḥ
I call on you two with a thousand eyes, slayers of Vṛtra, mighty and far-ranging; praising, I approach you, O fierce ones. Since you rule over bipeds and quadrupeds, both of you free us from sin.

yāvā rebhāthe bahu sākam agre pra ced asrāṣṭram abhibhāṃ janeṣu yāvasya eśāthe dvi-pado yau catuṣpadas tau no muñcatam aṃhasaḥ
As far as your sway extends here, abundant and foremost, and wherever your rule prevails among peoples—over all that is two-footed and four-footed—from that sin release us both.

ययो॑र्व॒धान्नाप॒पद्य॑ते॒ कश्च॒नान्तर्दे॒वेषू॒त मानु॑षेषु । याव॒स्येशा॑थे द्वि॒पदो॒ यौ चतु॑ष्पद॒स्तौ नो॑ मुञ्चत॒मंह॑सः ॥५॥
yayor vadhān nā papadyate kaścana antar deveṣu uta mānuṣeṣu yāvasya eśāthe dvi-pado yau catuṣpadas tau no muñcatam aṃhasaḥ
By whomsoever increase none is overthrown—neither among Devas nor among humans—over all that is two-footed and four-footed—from that sin release us both.

यः कृ॑त्या॒कृन्मू॑ल॒कृद् या॑तु॒धानो॒ नि तस्मि॑न् धत्तं॒ वज्र॑मु॒ग्रौ। याव॒स्येशा॑थे द्वि॒पदो॒ यौ चतु॑ष्पद॒स्तौ नो॑ मुञ्चत॒मंह॑सः ॥६॥
yaḥ kṛtyā-kṛn mūla-kṛd yātudhāno ni tasmin dhattaṃ vajram ugrau yāvasya eśāthe dvi-pado yau catuṣpadas tau no muñcatam aṃhasaḥ
Whoever is a sorcerer, root-worker, or yātu-dhāna—on him, O Terrible Ones, lay the fierce vajra. Over all that is two-footed and four-footed—from that sin release us both.

अधि॑ नो ब्रूतं॒ पृत॑नासूग्रौ॒ सं वज्रे॑ण सृजतं॒ यः कि॑मी॒दी। स्तौमि॑ भवाश॒र्वौ ना॑थि॒तो॑ जो॑हवीमि॒ तौ नो॑ मुञ्चत॒मंह॑सः ॥७॥
adhi no brūtaṃ pṛtanāsu ugrau saṃ vajreṇa sṛjataṃ yaḥ kimīdī staumi bhavāśarvau nāthito johavīmi tau no muñcatam aṃhasaḥ
Speak for us in battle, O Terrible Ones; with the vajra strike down the plague-bringer. I praise Bhava and Śarva, invoked and implored—may those two release us from sin.
