५ उपरिष्टाद्विराड्बृहती, ६ उष्णिग्गर्भा निचृदनुष्टुप्, ७ पथ्यापङ्क्तिः। अ॒क्षीभ्यां॑ ते॒ नासि॑काभ्यां॒ कर्णा॑भ्यां छुबु॑का॒दधि॑ । यक्ष्मं॑ शीर्ष॒ण्यं ऽ म॒स्तिष्का॑ज्जि॒ह्वाया॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥१॥
upariṣṭād virāḍ bṛhatī uṣṇig garbhā nicṛd anuṣṭup pathyā paṅktiḥ | akṣībhyāṁ te nāsikābhyāṁ karṇābhyāṁ chubukād adhi | yakṣmaṁ śīrṣaṇyam astiṣkāj jihvāyā vi vṛhāmi te
From your eyes, your nostrils, your ears, and from beneath the chin, from the head and crown, and from the tongue, I drive out the yakṣma from you.

ग्री॒वाभ्य॑स्त उ॒ष्णिहा॑भ्यः॒ कीक॑साभ्यो अनू॒क्याऽत्। यक्ष्मं॑ दोष॒ण्य॑१मंसा॑भ्यां बा॒हुभ्यां॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥२॥
grīvābhyas ta uṣṇihābhyaḥ kīkasābhyo anūkyāt | yakṣmaṁ doṣaṇyam aṁsābhyāṁ bāhubhyāṁ vi vṛhāmi te
From your neck, from the uṣṇihas, from the kikasa and from the anukyas, from the faults and from the muscles, from the arms, I drive out the yakṣma from you.

हृद॑यात् ते॒ परि॑ क्लो॒म्नो हली॑क्ष्णात् पा॒र्श्वाभ्या॑म्। यक्ष्मं॒ मत॑स्नाभ्यां प्ली॒ह्नो य॒क्नस्ते॒ वि वृ॑हामसि ॥३॥
hṛdayāt te pari klomno halīkṣṇāt pārśvābhyām | yakṣmaṁ matasnābhyāṁ plīhno yaknas te vi vṛhāmasi
From your heart, from the lungs, from the palate, from the flanks, from the ribs and sinews, from the spleen and the liver, we drive out the yakṣma from you.

āntrebhyas te gudābhyo vaniṣṭhoru darād adhi | yakṣmaṁ kukṣibhyāṁ plāśer nābhyā vi vṛhāmi te
From your entrails, from the rectum, from the inward places, from the belly, from the loins and from the spleen-root, from the navel, I drive out the yakṣma from you.

ऊ॒रुभ्यां॑ ते अष्ठी॒वद्भ्यां॒ पार्ष्णिभ्यां॒ प्रप॑दाभ्याम्। यक्ष्मं॑ भस॒द्यं॑१ श्रोणि॑भ्यां॒ भास॑दं॒ भंस॑सो॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥५॥
ūrubhyāṁ te aṣṭhīvadbhyāṁ pārṣṇibhyāṁ prapadābhyām | yakṣmaṁ bhasadyaṁ śroṇibhyāṁ bhāsadaṁ bhaṁsaso vi vṛhāmi te
From your thighs and knee-bones, from the heels and the forefeet, from the hips I drive out the sinking yakṣma, from the shining and from the withering, I drive it out from you.

अ॒स्थिभ्य॑स्ते म॒ज्जभ्यः॒ स्नाव॑भ्यो ध॒मनि॑भ्यः । यक्ष्मं॑ पा॒णिभ्या॑म॒ङ्गुलि॑भ्यो न॒खेभ्यो॒ वि वृ॑हामि ते ॥६॥
asthibhyas te majjabhyaḥ snāvabhyo dhamanibhyaḥ | yakṣmaṃ pāṇibhyām aṅgulibhyo nakhebhyo vi vṛhāmi te
From your bones, your marrow, from your sinews and from your arteries—this yakṣma I brush away from your hands, your fingers, and your nails.

अङ्गे॑अङ्गे॒ लोम्नि॑लोम्नि॒ यस्ते॒ पर्व॑णिपर्वणि । यक्ष्मं॑ त्वचस्य ऽ ते व॒यं क॒श्यप॑स्य वीब॒र्हेण॒ विष्व॑ञ्चं॒ वि वृ॑हामसि ॥७॥
aṅge aṅge lomni lomni yas te parvaṇi parvaṇi | yakṣmaṃ tvacasya te vayaṃ kaśyapasya vībarheṇa viśvañcaṃ vi vṛhāmasi
In every limb, in every hair, in each and every joint—this yakṣma in your skin we, with Kaśyapa’s sweeping broom, cast off in all directions.
