दि॒व्यो ग॑न्ध॒र्वो भुव॑नस्य॒ यस्पति॒रेक॑ ए॒व न॑म॒स्योऽवि॒क्ष्वीड्यः॑ । तं त्वा॑ यौमि॒ ब्रह्म॑णा दिव्य देव॒ नम॑स्ते अस्तु दि॒वि ते॑ स॒धस्थ॑म्॥१॥
divyo gandharvo bhuvanasya yaspati reka eva namasyo’vikṣvīḍyaḥ taṃ tvā yaumi brahmaṇā divya deva namas te astu divi te sadhastham
Divine Gandharva, lord of the world, the one alone worthy of reverence, renowned among the clans. To you I come with sacred utterance, O divine one. Homage to you; in heaven is your abode.

दि॒वि स्पृ॒ष्टो य॑ज॒तः सूर्य॑त्वगवया॒ता हर॑सो॒ दैव्य॑स्य । मृ॒डाद् ग॑न्ध॒र्वो भुव॑नस्य॒ यस्पति॒रेक॑ ए॒व न॑म॒स्यः सु॒शेवाः॑ ॥२॥
divi spṛṣṭo yajataḥ sūryatvag avayātā haraso daivyasya mṛḍād gandharvo bhuvanasya yaspati reka eva namasyaḥ suśevāḥ
Touched by heaven, with the skin of the worshiped Sun, reached by the celestial steed of might. Be gracious, O Gandharva, lord of the world, the one alone worthy of reverence, most benevolent.

अ॒न॒व॒द्याभिः॒ समु॑ जग्म आभिरप्स॒रास्वपि॑ गन्ध॒र्व आ॑सीत्। स॒मु॒द्र आ॑सां॒ सद॑नं म आहु॒र्यतः॑ स॒द्य आ च॒ परा॑ च॒ यन्ति॑ ॥३॥
anavadyābhiḥ samu jagma ābhir apsarās v api gandharva āsīt samudra āsāṃ sadanaṃ ma āhur yataḥ sadya ā ca parā ca yanti
With faultless ones they came together; among the Apsarases the Gandharva took his place. The ocean, they say, is their dwelling, from which they set out at once and to which they return.

अभ्रि॑ये॒ दिद्यु॒न्नक्ष॑त्रिये॒ या वि॒श्वाव॑सुं गन्ध॒र्वं सच॑ध्वे । ताभ्यो॑ वो देवी॒र्नम॒ इत् कृ॑णोमि ॥४॥
abhriye didyun nakṣatriye yā viśvāvasuṃ gandharvaṃ sacadhve tābhyo vo devīr nama it kṛṇomi
Gather, O lightning for the cloud, O star-born, you who attend Viśvavasu the Gandharva. To you goddesses I make my reverent salutation.

याः क्ल॒न्दास्तमि॑षीचयो॒ऽक्षका॑मा मनो॒मुहः॑ । ताभ्यो॑ गन्ध॒र्वप॑त्नीभ्योऽप्स॒राभ्यो॑ऽकरं॒ नमः॑ ॥५॥
yāḥ klandās tamiṣīcayo’kṣakāmā manomuhaḥ tābhyo gandharvapatnībhyo apsarābhyo akaraṃ namaḥ
You who are cajolers, dwellers in darkness, gamblers, bewilderers of the mind— to you, wives of the Gandharvas, to the Apsarases, I offer homage.
